True to a cream stout, the beer pours with a thick, creamy head and imparts a slightly sweet flavor from the unfermentable lactose sugar included in your recipe. Dark dry and liquid extracts ensure a solid, full body in this brew. Our version imparts a fruity aftertaste with somewhat low bitterness, rated at 15.5 IBUs. Patience is rewarded - age this stout a minimum of four weeks after bottling for best flavor.Your craft brew kit includes specialty grains, malt extracts, hops, and additives.
