Mountain High Organics White Long Grain Rice is fluffy and dry when cooked and because of its low starch content, the rice separates easily without excessive stickiness. This rice come in a 40 lb. bucket that has oxygen absorbers inside which extends the unopened bean's generous shelf life from 370 days to 10+ years.

Simply remove the strip and open with a pair of pliers (our wrench sold separately). Our buckets are easy to store and portion, just store in a cool, dry place and be sure to reseal properly after opening to restore longevity. Avoid storing in the garage. Stackable and reusable, simply replace the liner and refill with our 25lb bags of organic foods to continue using.
