She has studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and The Barnes Foundation. She is listed in, “Who’s Who in American Art”. She has taught watercolor for 20 years and currently teaches at the Montclair Art Museum. She was invited to be artist-in-residence at the Gustav Stickley Museum in 2012. She gives watercolor demonstrations and workshops around the country, in the south of France and currently teaches a watercolor workshop in Italy each summer. She is an avid reader. She concentrates on painting lush, colorful watercolors based on themes in nature.
